Audit Logs
Vantage provides comprehensive activity logging at both the user and organization level to help you monitor account security and track platform usage.
User-Level Logs
Access your personal activity logs at Settings → Account → Logs.
What's Logged
| Event Type | Details |
|---|---|
| Login events | Timestamps, IP addresses, and authentication method used |
| Security changes | Password updates, 2FA enable/disable, passkey registration/deletion |
| API access | API calls made with your credentials |
Logs are read-only — you can view your history but cannot modify or delete entries.
Organization-Level Usage Logs
When you belong to an organization, additional usage tracking is available at Settings → Organization → Usage Logs.
What's Tracked

| Total tokens used | Aggregate token consumption across all companies in the organization |
| Category breakdown | Usage by feature area — AI features, workflows, integrations, dashboard operations |
| Operation breakdown | Detailed view per operation type |
| Event log | Individual token usage events with timestamps |
Token Usage Tracking
Individual token usage is monitored at Settings → Account → Usage & Tokens:

Best Practices
- Review logs regularly — Check for unfamiliar login locations or unexpected security changes
- Monitor token usage — Track which operations consume the most tokens to optimize costs
- Set up roles — Use role-based access control to limit who can perform sensitive operations
- Enable 2FA — Especially for admin accounts to add protection against unauthorized access
