AI Assistant

The Global AI Assistant in Vantage can answer "how to" questions about the platform:

  1. Click the AI icon in the sidebar.
  2. Ask questions like "How do I set up a Slack integration?" or "How do I create a role?"
  3. The AI provides step-by-step guidance based on platform features.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Account Issues

Can't sign inVerify email/password. Try "Forgot password?" to reset.
2FA code not workingSync your authenticator app's time. Check spam for email codes.
Passkey not workingEnsure browser supports WebAuthn and biometrics are enabled.
Account lockedContact your organization admin or support.

Dashboard Issues

Tile shows no dataCheck the data source connection and credential status.
Dashboard not loadingClear browser cache. Check network connection.
Can't add tilesVerify you have edit_dashboards permission.

Workflow Issues
