AI Assistant
The Global AI Assistant in Vantage can answer "how to" questions about the platform:
- Click the AI icon in the sidebar.
- Ask questions like "How do I set up a Slack integration?" or "How do I create a role?"
- The AI provides step-by-step guidance based on platform features.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Account Issues
| Issue | Solution |
|---|
| Can't sign in | Verify email/password. Try "Forgot password?" to reset. |
| 2FA code not working | Sync your authenticator app's time. Check spam for email codes. |
| Passkey not working | Ensure browser supports WebAuthn and biometrics are enabled. |
