Overview

The Mailchimp Add Member node is part of the Mailchimp integration in the Vantage workflow engine. Add a subscriber to a Mailchimp audience list.

This node uses the Mailchimp API through Vantage's managed credential system — no manual token handling required.

How It Works

1. Receives input data from upstream nodes through configured input ports.
2. Authenticates with Mailchimp using your connected credentials.
3. Executes the API operation with the provided configuration and input data.
4. Returns the result through the output port for downstream processing.

Error handling is built in — if the API call fails, the node throws a descriptive error with the failure reason.
